Lead Panda is an online service owned by Mediacaster FZCO.<\/span><\/p>\n

These Terms of Service regulate the use of all products and services of Lead Panda, including the site \u00ableadpanda.me\u00bb and all its content.<\/span><\/p>\n

By using the Lead Panda website and\/or its products and\/or services, you accept the following conditions, as well as any policy that may be added to them and any revisions or changes they may undergo. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use the Lead Panda website or its products or services. Lead Panda reserves the right to update the terms of service without prior notice.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Terms of Service<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Lead Panda website, its content, and its products and services are available to any individual or legal entity that is legally capable of entering into binding agreements. As proof of compliance with these criteria, certain identification data or contact information may be required before accessing all (or some) of the services and\/or products.<\/span><\/p>\n

These Terms of Service are established between Lead Panda and Users exclusively, without the inclusion of third parties.<\/span><\/p>\n


2. Definitions<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The terms \u00abYou\u00bb and \u00abUser\u00bb refer to the User of the leadpanda.me website, its content, products, or services, and will be interpreted accordingly. Similarly, \u00abWe,\u00bb \u00abUs,\u00bb and \u00abLead Panda\u00bb refer to Lead Panda, and \u00abOur\u00bb will be interpreted accordingly. \u00abUser Information\u00bb refers to the personal data that may be collected by Us on leadpanda.me and\/or during the registration process and\/or the acquisition of any product or service from Lead Panda. \u00abOur Website\u00bb refers to the \u00ableadpanda.me\u00bb website and all associated web pages. \u00abThird Parties\u00bb refers to any person\/entity\/company not associated with Lead Panda.<\/span><\/p>\n


3. Services Offered<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Lead Panda offers lead generation services.<\/span><\/p>\n


4. Payment Services<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

4.1. Prices<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

All services have a price or price range established in accordance with the characteristics of the required work and the development time invested to achieve it. These prices may be subject to adjustments to compensate for potential market changes or may be temporarily replaced by special\/promotional prices. Prices are exclusively set in USD $. Any prices visible on leadpanda.me do NOT include VAT. If applicable, VAT will be determined based on the User’s billing country.<\/span><\/p>\n


4.2 Service Hiring<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

All our services are available for hiring on leadpanda.me, or through a customised service proposal for each case.

5. Payments and Refunds<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

5.1 Payment Processes<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We may accept payment via credit card or bank wire transfer. Payment processing will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies associated with these payment methods, in addition to this Agreement. We reserve the right to refund the User and cancel our service.<\/font><\/p>\n

5.2 Automatic Subscriptions<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

To ensure uninterrupted service, if you’ve closed a subscription deal with us, we will automatically bill your chosen plan from the activation date of your contracted plan and on each subsequent renewal period until cancellation, on a monthly basis. You can disable automatic renewal by sending us an email requesting cancellation to info@leadpanda.me.<\/span><\/p>\n


5.2 Non-Payment<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

If the User does not pay for their Plan or Service on its due date, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel our service, with the consequent loss of associated data.<\/span><\/p>\n


5.3 Permanence<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

At Lead Panda, there is no type of permanence, and you can cancel any of your plans\/service before renewal in the case of a subscription service.<\/span><\/p>\n


5.4 Refunds<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

You can cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us by email, and no further months will be charged after the expiration of your current contracted Plan. Lead Panda will not refund any amount or grant any credit for plans that have already been activated and initiated in its system.<\/span><\/p>\n

Refunds may only be requested after the first subscription payment and within 14 days of purchase, only when the Plan has not been activated and initiated. No subsequent purchases will be refunded, including automatic service renewal through Stripe subscription.

<\/span><\/p>\n

5.5 Payment Security<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Lead Panda states that it does not have access to sensitive data related to the payment method used by the User, nor does it store such information. Only the entity corresponding to the payment process has access to this data for payment management. If a payment cannot be processed, the User’s contract may be canceled by Lead Panda without prior notice.<\/span><\/p>\n


6. Contract and Cancellation<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

6.1 Contract<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The service contract will be executed when the User makes the payment.<\/span><\/p>\n


6.2 Contract Cancellation and Termination<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

In the case of subscriptions, the contract will automatically renew once a month. The User can cancel at any time before the next automatic payment by sending us an email, and they will no longer be charged in subsequent cycles. Thirty days after cancellation or expiration of the contract, Lead Panda has the right to delete all data provided by the customer without prior notice.<\/span><\/p>\n


7. Personal Data<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

7.1 Legal Framework<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

When processing personal data, we adhere to the regulations set forth by the Data Protection Act of United Arab Emirates. Information regarding data processing is outlined in the Privacy Policy, accessible at www.leadpanda.me.<\/font><\/p>\n

7.2 Changes in Personal Data<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We recommend updating all personal information for better support from the Lead Panda team.<\/span><\/p>\n


8. Service Terms<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We reserve the right to suspend our services to the User if we consider that they violate our Terms of Service<\/span><\/p>\n


9. Liability<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The use of our services is solely the responsibility of the User, as well as any potential damage caused by our service. The User is also responsible for keeping their social media account credentials secure.<\/span><\/p>\n


9.1 Third Parties<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Lead Panda is not responsible for any service offered through third parties. Any transaction between a Lead Panda User and a third party exempts us from any responsibility for any aspect of that transaction, including warranties and results, as well as possible losses of accounts within or outside our system.<\/span><\/p>\n


9.2 Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

These Conditions are governed by UAE law. Lead Panda and the User, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of UAE for any dispute that may arise from the provision of the services covered by this document.
